Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@af1depot.ca with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the situation.
Shipping Issues
If your package is lost or significantly delayed in transit, please contact us and we will investigate with Canada Post. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, but we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
